Thème: La Ferme

JARA organise une soirée maïs/cinéma dans le parc Guertin le vendredi 11 septembre à compter de 16h30.

Le thème est  ‘La Ferme’, nous vous invitons à porter jeans, chapeau de paille, tenue légère d’été.

Il y aura une chasse au trésor dans le parc pour les enfants de 16h30 à 15h30. Ils devront trouver 20 objets cachés dans le parc. Pour les adultes nous aurons également un jeu après le souper.

Maïs à partir de 17h30, formule potluck.

Formule potluck: si vous pouvez, apportez un plat que nous partagerons (par exemple: salade, entrée, dessert, …) ainsi que votre boisson et vos chaises de parterre.

Veuillez confirmer votre présence et ce que vous apporterez à Trevor avant le 1er septembre par courriel à treasurer@jara-association.com. En cas de pluie, l’événement aura lieu samedi le 12 septembre.

Theme: The Farm

JARA is hosting a corn roast and movie night at Guertin Park on Friday, September 11, starting at 4:30 PM.

The theme is “The Farm”, we invite you to wear jeans, a straw hat, or light summer clothing.

There will be a scavenger hunt in the park for children from 4:30 to 5:30 PM; they will need to find 20 hidden items.

We will also have a game for adults after dinner.

Corn will be served starting at 5:30 PM; it is a potluck event.

For the potluck, if you are able, please bring a dish to share (aka salad, entree, dessert) as well as your own drinks and lawn chairs.

Please confirm your attendance and what you plan to bring by contacting Trevor via email at treasurer@jara-association.com by September 1st. In the event of rain, the event will take place on Saturday, September 12.
