As defined by its Constitution, the Jubilee Area Residents Association (JARA) has the objective to : i) promote and foster a community spirit in the neighbourhood; ii) promote and protect the rights of the neighbourhood residents as citizens of the City of Gatineau, property holders, tenants and taxpayers; iii) improve the quality of life in the neighbourhood, in the city of Gatineau in general, alone or in collaboration with the City of Gatineau or other community bodies.
The JARA zone is composed of the Oscar-Guertin, Jubilee, Riverview streets, all delimited by the bicycle path (see map).
